The quality policy is focused on gaining the trust of customers through our commitment to meeting their requirements, needs, and expectations, while taking into consideration the environment in which we operate.
In order to achieve the Quality Objectives and customer orientation, we are committed to:
- Implementing and improving the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2019
- Continuously meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers by collecting information about their needs and expectations
- Monitoring trends and keeping up to date in all segments of the tourism service
- Creating travel arrangements that meet the demand
- Maintaining a high professional level based on knowledge and experience and on continuous training
- Consistently respecting and applying legal regulations
- Maintaining the loyalty of tourists, passengers, and partners in tourism travel
- Assessing risks and opportunities that arise
- Monitoring other interested parties and their requirements, with continuous aim of meeting them
- Identifying and applying laws and regulations which set out guidelines for handling customer complaints
